SUBSIDENCE
K Stubbs Associates can provide a full and comprehensive range of services including:-
(a) Initial inspection and report outlining likely cause of movement/cracks in a building.
(b) Undertake further investigations and arrange for specialist reports (i.e. root analysis).
(c) Liaise with Loss Adjusters usually appointed by Insurance Companies.
(d) Periodic monitoring of cracks.
(e) Design and monitoring of remedial works required.
FIRE / FLOOD DAMAGE
A prompt inspection can usually be arranged to assess repairs, advise on options which may be available together with budget costings and prepare drawings/specifications as required along with obtaining competitive tenders and monitoring remedial works to a satisfactory conclusion.
Where required K Stubbs Associates services include liaison with Insurers/Loss Adjusters, Statutory and Utility Authorities as necessary together with providing Client with advice on any potential claim against Contractors, third parties or others as may be relevant.
NEW HOMES
Most new homes have N.H.B.C. 10 year warranties. K Stubbs Associates have experience in inspecting properties, preparing reports and negotiating claims on behalf of Clients.
Clients should be aware the Builders initial warranty is usually significantly more comprehensive than that provided by the N.H.B.C. and early action once a problem is suspected is recommended.
